Arquitos Epicus makes highly concentrated investments in asymmetric event-driven opportunities. We are looking for 5x to 10x opportunities by searching for severely undervalued opportunities in companies going through regulatory issues, restructurings, activism, spin-offs, divestitures, and other company and event-specific issues. Typical investments are 20% allocations in a company’s equity, warrants, and/or options.
